Terms of service

The Bee&Bottle Ceramics provides pre-fired bisqueware for painting. Purchase of items includes glaze and fire of items but is exclusive of delivery. We offer a complimentary delivery back to place of painting, usually within two weeks, but purchased items remain the property of the purchaser and the responsibility of the purchaser to follow up. An optional service charge is available to pay at the time of payment if you would like for us to be able to guarantee return within two weeks of purchase or otherwise agreed date.

We endeavour to return all items in a completed state, however the nature of the craft form means that although small, risk of breaking, damage or otherwise appearing different as to anticipated may happen from time to time. We retain the right to offer a replacement for any ceramic that does not meet our high standards and in incident of avoidable breakage or loss by us a refund may be offered.

For commissioned art work the agreement remains between the artist and the commissioner to negotiate, the Bee&Bottle Ceramics will only take responsibility for avoidable breakage, loss or damage as stated above.
